Again this October, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Adams Dental is partnering with Tie One On, a local fundraising group that raises money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Over the past seven years, Tie One On, a small group of Madison women have raised over $20,000 in honor of their friend, Christine, who died from breast cancer.
The group started by selling pink ribbons and asking people to “Tie Them On” to their cars. Each year they have added more items for people to purchase. This year the options include:
Car ribbons $10, Hair ribbons $3 or 2 for $5, Wrist bands $5, Shoelaces $5, Long sleeve t-shirts $20 and Socks $15
