Meet the team of talented professionals who work for you in our dental office in Madison, New Jersey.

Andréa Ceresa, Office Manager

Andréa graduated from Berklee College of Music with a B.M. in Music Business Management and Performance. After years in the music business, she took her managerial skills in a different direction and began working in the dental field as an Office Manager.

Andréa has been working with Dr. Adams since 2004. Upon meeting, she knew they shared the same excitement for the field of dentistry and the same compassion for patients of all ages. Andréa considers her patients to be part of her extended family. She understands how nervous people can be about coming to the dentist and she helps to make their visits worry free.

Her assuring voice on the phone and her warm welcoming presence make you feel at home at Adams Dental. She is able to make the complexities of dental insurance seem simple and is able to explain dental treatment and its sequencing to patients.

Previously, Andréa worked in New York at the Hit Factory Recording Studio. She later went on to work at a community music school in New Providence, NJ, and taught private vocal lessons.

When not working, Andréa likes to volunteer her time with several organizations. She also performs with her band throughout the tri-state area, and records for multiple studio projects.

Kelly Olsen, RDH, A.A., A.A.S., Hygienist

Kelly graduated from Middlesex County College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2003 with highest honors. During her attendance at CCM and MCC, she was a member of the international honors fraternity PHI THETA KAPPA. Upon graduation, she received several awards for outstanding academic achievement, including the Procter & Gamble Dental Hygienist Professional Award in Preventive Oral Health Care. She is currently enrolled at Kean University focusing her studies in biology.

Kelly began her professional career in pediatrics and orthodontics. Treating mentally and physically disabled children, including autism, has become her passion. Wanting to expand her scope of practice, she joined Dr. Adam’s general practice in 2007. In 2008, she joined a mobile dental team, bringing access to care to New Jersey’s inner city and rural school children.

Kelly exceeds the mandatory number of continuing education credits needed to maintain her dental hygiene license and to stay current in the ever growing field of dental hygiene.  She attends RDH Under One Roof’s national meeting annually.

Kelly is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and actively volunteers for the Northern New Jersey Component. She currently holds the position of Corresponding Secretary. Recently, she was nominated for the Secretary position of the New Jersey Dental Hygienists’ Association, and plans to serve the 2011 term. She is the liaison to the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry’s (AAPD) Head Start Initiative for the state of New Jersey. She is also a member of the Dental Hygiene Advisory Committee of Middlesex County College’s Dental Hygiene Program.

Kelly volunteers annually for Give Kids a Smile Day and in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s “Walk MS” as captain of her team, “The Invincibles.” She has earned her wings time and time again as an avid supporter of the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation; America’s Toothfairy. She is enthusiastic about educating her patients and the public about oral cancer and the importance of oral cancer examinations.  She is a devoted supporter of The Oral Cancer Foundation.

Kelly lives in Springfield with her husband and various pets. She enjoys gardening, spending time at the beach, photography, movies, kickboxing, and traveling.
