At Adams Dental, we understand that patients need options to finance their care, so we designed simple, affordable in-house membership plans customized for your needs.
Our popular Wellness Plans were designed for children and adults without dental insurance or who are dissatisfied with their current coverage. The Wellness Plans completely cover all recommended preventive dental care and offer a 10-15% discount on selected procedures!
Our Sleep and Cosmetic Plans were custom created with the knowledge that these specialty procedures are desired by patients but often hard to fit into their budget.
The plans are not dental insurance and valid only at Adams Dental in Madison, NJ.

  • 2 Annual Nightlase maintenance visits

Cosmetic Plan

The Cosmetic Plan at Adams Dental costs just $199.00 per month or $2388 per year, and includes the following benefits:

  • 6 Platinum Hydrafacials
  • 3 LipLase sessions

10% off additional cosmetic treatments including:

    • Additional hydrafacials
    • LipLase
    • Smoothlase
    • 20% off ISDIN products

Since these are customized plans, here’s the fine print…

Each in-house membership plan is subject to a $100.00 one-time new patient enrollment fee or a $50 one-time existing patient enrollment fee.
Plan exclusions may apply. Discounts do not apply to services provided by Dr. McCaffery outside of the annual exam and 1 ER visit. Smoothlase and Nightlase initial treatment fees vary based on the patient’s age and need.
Discounts are void if the member chooses to pay with any 3rd party financing. Additional discounts such as prepayment courtesy, senior discounts, and multi-child discounts do not apply.
